These Terms and Conditions - from now on T&C -, regulate the purchase conditions of the different products offered on our website: Plumens.com.
Users who make purchases at Plumens.com fully accept these T&Cs and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting/purchasing.
It will be an essential requirement to read and accept the T&C, prior to the purchase of any product through Plumens.com
Plumens.com. reserves the right to modify the T&C at any time and without prior notice. The T&C will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.
The prices and conditions of sale are merely informative and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing the order by completing the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at that specific time. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be understood to have been fully completed, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will be contractual in nature and may not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. . Plumens.com reserves the right to deny and/or suspend access to the services provided at Plumens.com for reasons of breach of contractual good faith, breach of the applicable legislation, of these Terms and Conditions and/or in assumptions of fraud detected by this company and/or any of its suppliers.
Delivery times range between 1 and 15 working days. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies meet them whenever possible. In rural towns far from urban centers it is not possible to guarantee delivery on time in any case.
Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in each and every one of the products offered. In orders that include several items, one or more shipments can be made, the delivery time will correspond to the item whose delivery time is greater.
The customer will have 24 hours to verify the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything is included in the included products. After these [hours] hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted for damages or failures with the shipment.

Conditions of returns for private customers
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and conditions, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise Plumens.com reserves the right to refuse the return.
Once you have filled out and sent the returns form, you will receive the instructions to send it to our facilities in your email. You must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from when you notify us of your desire to exercise the right.
The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by you. You are free to choose and search for the agency that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive rates.
Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed. We will refund the payment received for the purchased item.
Return of products with a gift or promotion. The complete return (complete pack or item + gift) will be mandatory in order to proceed with the refund.
The guarantee does not cover those defects caused by incorrect use of the product and/or manipulation of the same other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or its operation. In these cases, the consumer must take responsibility for its repair. Therefore, the following are excluded from the guarantee:
Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with the instructions of Plumens.com.
Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by Plumens.com, as well as products that are the subject of a specific support contract.
Those cancellations of orders that imply a return to the client and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures.
Orders can be canceled and the money will be refunded, provided that the product has not already been shipped. In the event that it was already sent, you must wait for receipt and exercise a return of the product.
